On Tuesday I posted the first part of my trip to The Lost Gardens of Heligan with my friend, Jess. Today I have a few more pictures from later on in the day when the sun finally came out!
Today's pictures are all from the flower gardens, which are just so darn photogenic. Although I did enjoy the early part of our trip around the rainforest part of the gardens in the rain, I'm glad that the day cleared up later on because the flower gardens just looked so unbelievably beautiful in the sunshine. I could have stayed there, taking pictures all day.
We weren't actually allowed inside the greenhouse but I leant around the door frames for a few cheeky pictures. I just couldn't resist the tomato plants!
You have no idea how much I struggled for a picture of this bee. I was the bee paparazzi. I was dedicated.
It really was such a nice day and a place I would highly recommend if you're ever in Cornwall and want somewhere beautiful to walk around on a sunny day.
If you want to see more of our day at Heligan, Jess has made a video that you can watch here!
